On the List

While the details of this new duo are being kept mysteriously shrouded (though it’s hard to mistake that voice), all I could think of upon first listen was “Thank god”. This honest, stripped down expression of love is one of the sexiest and most captivating songs I’ve heard since, well, said vocalist’s prior album(s). Flawlessly orchestrated with soulful synthetic arrangements, rich harmonies, sensually syncopated beat, and his heartbreakingly beautiful voice – all I want to do is sink into the electronic patchwork of this song.

And here I was beginning to worry that I’d never hear from him again. So glad I was mistaken.
