I can’t claim to be a hardcore fan of M83 (I’m only familiar with 2008’s Saturdays = Youth and the recent Hurry Up,We’re Dreaming), but this concert will definitely inspire me to check out the rest of their work. Big bombast, similar to Muse in some ways, but more variation in styles….M83 gets a lot of shoegaze references, but this concert closes with a straight-up 4/4 club banger.
